Yes, 14 days without giving a reason. An e-mail is enough. You bear the return postage — we say that openly so there is no surprise later. Trying on is fine; wearing and washing is not.

Yes. Card data is entered only at the payment provider and never reaches our server. The whole connection is encrypted.

Yes. Only actual buyers can review; we verify by order number and mark them "Verified purchase". We do not delete a review for being negative.
