Who is your contractual partner?

Kopftuch.shop is a marketplace. Your withdrawal is addressed to the seller you bought from, who is named in your order confirmation. You may always send it to my@kopftuch.shop and we will forward it immediately.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where several goods ordered in one order are delivered separately, the period starts with the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). It is sufficient that you send your communication before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction and you will not incur any fees. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any diminished value only if resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions

There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, nor for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been removed after delivery.
