Shipping & delivery

All prices are final. Shipping is charged per order and per seller.

Kopftuch.shop is a marketplace: every seller sets their own shipping rates and free-shipping threshold. Below you find each seller's rates first, then the standard rates that apply only where a seller has set none. The amount in the cart is binding.

In accordance with § 19 German VAT Act (Kleinunternehmerregelung) no VAT is charged. This applies to shipping as well.

Each seller's shipping rates

Each seller ships themselves and sets their own rates. Where a seller has set nothing for a country, the standard rates further down apply.

Kopftuch.shop

Applies to every item sold by Kopftuch.shop, including our collections (marked "Collection: …" on the product page). They ship in one parcel, shipping is charged once, and their value counts together towards free shipping.

Returns: 14 days. Return costs: on withdrawal you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Exception: if the item is wrong, damaged or defective, or the seller made a fulfilment error, the seller bears the return cost.

Several sellers in one order

Kopftuch.shop is a marketplace. If your basket holds items from several sellers, several orders are created. Each seller ships separately, so shipping is charged per seller and parcels arrive separately. The free-shipping threshold also applies per seller, not to the whole basket. The split is shown in the cart before you pay.

Items sold by Kopftuch.shop – including our collections – count as one seller: one parcel, shipping charged once, values added together for free shipping.

Item-level threshold: some sellers offer free shipping on one particular item from a certain amount. Then only that item counts (price × quantity). The product page says so explicitly, and the ⓘ next to it explains the rule.

Delivery & tracking

Dispatch on working days only.
You receive the tracking number by e-mail once shipped.
Track any order at order tracking with order number and e-mail, no account needed.
With prepayment the delivery time starts when the money arrives.

Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt. An e-mail to my@kopftuch.shop is enough.

You bear the return postage, unless the seller above states "free returns". Please do not send parcels unpaid – we cannot accept them. Refunds are issued within 14 days via your original payment method.

Trying on is allowed, just like in a shop. Please leave labels and hygiene seals attached. Worn, washed or perfumed items cannot be accepted back.

Damaged or wrong item?

Photograph the parcel and item and write to us within 14 days. We settle it with the seller at no cost to you. Your statutory 24-month warranty is unaffected.
