Payment methods
All payment methods are free of charge for you.
No surcharge is levied on any payment method. The cart price is the price you pay.
Available methods

When are you charged?
With card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal the amount is taken at the time of order. With prepayment you transfer at your own pace; the goods stay reserved for 7 days.
Several sellers, one payment
If your basket holds items from several sellers you still pay only once, to us. We forward the money to each seller. You get one order and one parcel per seller.
On invoices:
In accordance with § 19 German VAT Act (Kleinunternehmerregelung) no VAT is charged. Sellers who are VAT registered state VAT on their invoice.
Refunds
We always refund via your original payment method within 14 days. For prepayment we need your IBAN. Right of withdrawal
Security
- The whole connection is HTTPS encrypted.
- We never store card numbers.
- Payments are protected by strong customer authentication (PSD2).
